Peppers is home to the undisputed largest collection of hot sauces in the world! Over 6500 different hot sauces grace the walls of our hot sauce museum, and we add to that every day. Our newest hot sauce catalog contains over 650 different hot sauces as well as more than 20 appetizing wing sauces, 20 varied jerk sauces, and additional 50 special salsa, 35 tasty barbecue sauces and 100's of different marinades, bloody mary mixes, veggies, mustards, spices and assorted hot stuff.

This special list of "Collectors Corner" hot sauces is being made available to you on a first come, first serve basis, at regular retail prices. These sauces were brought back from hot sauce shows, from varied foreign countries or Chip's trips to "hot spots". Many sauces on this site are truly collector sauces that are no longer available on the open market. There are currently 550 different hot sauces available on this special list, and the list changes daily, as we sell out some sauces and we bring in unusual new sauces. We can actually sell you a collection of hot sauces totalling over 1200 different, unique hot sauces.
